Jeremy Wharmby

Jeremy is currently involved in providing development consultancy for a wide variety of schemes, from master planning on Greenwich Peninsula to providing development consultancy advice on individual schemes in the Vauxhall Nine Elms area.

Jeremy has been a key member of the residential team with experience in both development consultancy and Prior to qualifying as a chartered surveyor Jeremy gained experience in residential valuation and land disposal. His focus is now residential development consultancy including concept analysis, scheme analysis, specification input, cost / benefit analysis, value engineering and market testing. Jeremy has worked alongside a diverse range of clients and projects include Abell and Cleland House (Berkeley Group); Canaletto (Orion Capital Managers); Marconi House (Galliard Homes) and The Triton Building (British Land Plc).

Jeremy studied at Oxford Brookes University (BA Hons) before undertaking two masters degrees (MA) at Southbank University. Jeremy qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2010.
