Robert ventured into the family construction development business in the early 1990s when he moved to Barcelona. His first projects were small to medium sized commercial and residential properties. After successful completion of the initial few projects, Robert’s appetite for construction development widened to further explore other locations.

In 2002 Valencia was awarded the right to host the America’s Cup, which spanned for a period of five years. Robert saw this as a tremendous growth opportunity due to the lack of commercial office space, Hotels and residential accommodation to cater for the influx of visitors and sports teams participating in the event. To maximize this opportunity he expanded the family construction business to Valencia, where he won numerous projects. The construction business was soon diversified to include planning solutions, design and build and engineering services.

After a decade of experience in Barcelona and Valencia, in 2009 Robert expanded the business to London, with the plan to offering bespoke Design and Build premium construction services to a now booming luxury prime London property market.  

Since moving to London he has managed the development and construction of over an extensive and luxurious portfolio of projects in Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Notting Hill and Mayfair. The construction services included some of the uniquely complicated subterranean developments in the heart of London.

In addition he leads all the projects and operating companies which provides a broad array of services to clients including development, brokerage, appraisal, renovation and facility services, through strategic acquisitions, development and joint ventures.

Robert oversees and manages all the physical need assessment, cost eliminating and budget development, scope development and project scheduling, contract administration and construction management of all respective projects.

Robert believes in delivering on time with precision and with over two decades of experience from medium to large scale construction projects he brings a wealth of knowledge in all respective areas of construction development.
